Average Salaries Good benefits Good bonus Strong product for the next 10 years

Cons

Executive ranks do not reflect the larger community - very few women make it past Director level. Virtually no people of color make it past the Director level. Diversity committee does lots of "feel good" activities and no attempts at addressing the real issues. Lack of trust among workers towards management was at an all time high when I left.

Great benefit package! This company is smart, ethical and great at doing business. I have learned amazing business skills you will never learn at school, even as an MBA.

Cons

If you are not at the corporate office in Dallas, it is not possible to advance to a corporate position and move up the ranks.

Stable job, Decent Pay, Reasonable direction, Good benefits just as long as you work for one of the more important business units

Cons

No clarity when new positions are created. There is a danger of stagnation when working for the less important business units
