The pros of working at this clinic are the patients. Gaining experience and certified for Drug Screens and BAT Screens.

Cons

The cons are the lack of support from a few of the supervisors, being unprofessional in front of co-workers and patients.

Wonderful team atmosphere on the night shift. The nurses really cared about their patients. Essentia has a great mission and values. Patients overall very satisfied with care received at Essentia.

Cons

Not always a dr "in-house" on the night shift. Occasional mandatory overtime.
