Pros

Market leader in ServiceNow, with high caliber of people and services. Being part of Atos/Eviden gives access to a broad account base.

Cons

Being part of Atos/Eviden also means effectively run by beancounters who will cull at the drop of a hat and hate investment. Also have a tunnel vision approach to sales, so not great at collaboration, however inter practice collaboration traditionally not an Atos strength.

The people are lovely and the environment is very non-toxic.

Cons

Lack of office culture since the Atos split Senior staff rarely come in - which I feel has decreased my development as I am quite new to my career No bonus/lack of recognition for delivery staff

- everyone in the department is very welcoming and helpful. - very flexible in terms of working from home or in the office. - everyone works as a team and you will never feel left out. - They care about your mental health and wellbeing. - I could right a book of what I love about the company.
