      Pros

      Market leader in ServiceNow, with high caliber of people and services. Being part of Atos/Eviden gives access to a broad account base.

      Cons

      Being part of Atos/Eviden also means effectively run by beancounters who will cull at the drop of a hat and hate investment. Also have a tunnel vision approach to sales, so not great at collaboration, however inter practice collaboration traditionally not an Atos strength.

      Pros

      flexible life / work balance no one is trying to get you to be burnt out. in my instance time off is good. encourage uptraining and pay for it.

      Cons

      Sometimes holding on to a broken leg too long sometimes. Pay isn't above Avg New hires PTO is not massive. I mean whose medical benefits are great anymore. not a lot of time allotted for uptraining meaning it gets lost in the day to day stuff of work sometimes.

      We are a growing division of a larger company specializing in ServiceNow. Really good leadership and building out a good structure.

      No cons so far. Really good fair company.
