      HORSE AND DONKEY VALUE. (Skeel and non akeel worker) are same. No salary growth last 10 years. HR not difined hard worker and lazy worker. Appreciated. And salary grouth only lazy worked. Experience not miner in company no benifits for exeperienced worker
