One of the worst organizations I have ever worked! Expectations here doesn’t align with resources, systems and processes! No one takes accountability or ownership. One of the least collaborative organizations I have ever seen! Don't tell the candidates there is a ninety day probationary period for a full-time job and can let you go without reason or warning without any addressed issues previous! Will throw you out the door without severance if they feel you don't fit in their culture!
