Pros
Very few...first day benefits if they don't use a hiring agency and tell you that you are hired after the 1st 500 hours...4 months later they are telling you that HR just hasn't processed the paperwork yet.
Cons
Management in their early to late 20's who don't know the job. No salary to speak of, but hourly that is the same as some of the small companies.
