Pros
Weatherford has offered a great start to my career. I have worked for competitors in the same industry and found that the culture at Weatherford has made it more comfortable for me to meet my goals. I have been exposed to much of the upper management and am welcomed by all to approach them at any time for questions or just to talk. There are an unlimited amount of projects to get involved in and the structure of the company allows you to get involved if you are qualified and interested.
Cons
The benefits package is good, although it is not among the best in the market. 401k benefits and health benefits are good. At a time when the oil industry is booming, I feel like employees should have better access to stock option/purchase.
