Daily late seating, continuous night shifts, night shift allowance after 2 AM in the morning and no other shift allowance. When you will apply for a leave its like biggest crime you have done, you won't get it easily even after lots of meeting. No Indian holidays. You can't plan your weekends since you don't know when there would be a need for weekend support and there is no extra pay for coming on weekend, yes you are eligible for rest day but you won't get it due to lots of work.
