1. Managers does not have the domain knowledge what the work is about 2. Everything is on priority - Managers come and ask to work on internal work and deprioritize client production work 3. 10-11 hour shift is a norm 4. No praise for good work done but Managers come and treat their emplyees as their property if there is very minor mistake happened 5. client centric company and not employee friendly 6. I was told that shift will be rotational but when I joined since then I'm working in night shift 7. No career growth in this company even after telling your aspirations 8. No work life balance, expect employees to work late or even weekends
