Pros
1. It's a very employee-centric company. I have had the opportunity to work closely with the leadership & have personally witnessed how committed they are to driving a positive impact for each of us. 2. Mentorship & learning: I have grown immensely since I've joined Ugam - in the way I think, approach problems etc. And the learning is not competitive but to be a better a version of yourself. 3. People: Everyone I have met at Ugam so far (and that's quite a few people), have been very collaborative, approachable & helpful. I have not had an unpleasant experience at all. 4. Growth opportunities: Ugam is growing very fast and I've been able to grow with it. As part of Merkle & dentsu, the opportunities to grow only look brighter. So very excited. 5. Appreciation: Appreciation is part of our culture. And for me, it's not about the formal rewards & recognition program - but the genuine thank you notes & appreciation for good work that has made a huge difference for me. In fact, as I write this - we just got another one. And that culture of gratitude & genuine appreciation is rare in a work environment, but here it is encouraged.
Cons
Honestly, there are always areas of improvement for any company or even person. I appreciate the willingness & opportunities given to listen to feedback objectively & act on it.
