Excellent working environment for a first job. Cordial co-workers, approachable managers.
Cons
None if hired as an analyst. If hired as a Management Trainee and the hire has little-no computer background, coping up can be tough. Night shifts can be a burden during the competitive months (September-January) No creche at the CHIL-SEZ, Coimbatore office - problem for expecting mothers without parents in the city to care for the kid.
