      Friendly staff worldwide. Following reshuffle of local management 2015 things should get better

      Not given opportunity to apply for internal vacancies mainly these just happen as an internal reorganisation. You need to work here for 10 years plus to even be considered.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
