      Great place to work in providence. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Really really love being here.

      Need more compensation. Have no cons to say at this point as I am pretty new to the company.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.

      Great work life balance Truly unlimited PTO Friendly coworkers who are willing to help you learn the software and proprietary tools My manager is very hands-on -- management is mostly past engineers so they are also very qualified
