Pros

Great people, Taxi reimbursement, Work from home during pandemic.

Cons

Encouraged to speak up but if you speak up they will take it against you. Salary not competetive anymore compared to any company with the same role. Slow career progression. You need to stay 4 years in a role before progressing. Upper management is great but Unit's management is lacking of leadership skills. Alot of employee is demotivated already. Shell's upper management is the best but the lower management is the worse. No work life balance in customer ops.
