      Great learning experience with a good job environment. Most engineers are pretty young which provides plentiful learning opportunities. Job is highly technical and requires great mechanics background.

      Salary is not the greatest.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
