Pros
Good when the oil industry is booming. Bright and fun co-workers from all over the world.
Cons
When the industry is down, they make sure you feel it and you are left wondering if they will just kick you out the door next with just 15 minutes to clean up your office. Lots of office politics. There are written policies for everything, however, management finds a way to interpret the policies to their favor.
