      Pros

      Corporate culture, career advancement, benefits, people, travel. I was given so many great opportunities to work and travel all over the world and have made a multitude of lifelong friends.

      Cons

      horrible HR managers, no 360 reviews, inept senior managers. Many managers also do not have a work life balance, nor do they care if their reports have one either. I was actually told by one of my managers that I should put the company before my marriage.
