The founders are involved in every area of the business, believe they know more than the staff they hire, making work condition extremely unpleasant sometimes even hostile and unproductive. Salary and benefits are pathetic, they believe there locations and “laid back” approach to work allows them to under pay staff. Company profit margins drive every decision made and they will refuse to spend money on tools with out first talking about it for months. Senior management is extremely emotional, and take every criticism as personal attacks. They are also unable to accept change and talk badly about even the best staff once they leave.
