Pros
Work in premium brands, and learn how does luxury business works. You will learn as much as you are willing to, your boss makes all the difference is this company. My experience on the work environment was very positive, I did a lot of friends
Cons
No career plans. They weirdly promote their own people. Business wide, is very hierarchical and political, decisions of all fields are taken by top management, so don't expect to get experience on that, even if you thing your position should require it.
