It’s great to hear that you appreciate the work-life balance at Kraken and that you’re excited about the opportunities in the green tech space—there’s certainly a lot still to come!
We really value your feedback on the areas where we can improve. We know that career progression and clarity around promotions are crucial, and the capability team have been actively working to make this process more transparent.
On your comments about management support, we’ve been looking at how we can better equip our leads and managers with the time, tools, and training they need to succeed in their roles - a great example of this is the leadership development programme.
Thank you for your feedback regarding competitiveness - re salaries. We believe that Kraken pays fairly when you start with us, by fair we mean you could get paid more for the same role elsewhere, but you could also be paid less. We don’t compete on salaries, because paying at the top end of salaries does not help us on our mission to offer cheaper, fair, sustainable power to the masses whilst looking after the most vulnerable.
