-Global organisation without all the layers and signoffs and politics of traditional companies - Dynamic "break stuff" mentality, we're better off trying something and failing than being risk-averse - Autonomy to do my job - people trust the team to know what's best for the team
Cons
- Salary is below average for equivalent roles in other companies. Still, working for a mission-driven entreprise makes up for it. - Small team that grew into a big team in a very short time, so loads of reorganisation in a short amount of time.
