      Pros

      After almost 15 years in IDEMIA, I am grateful for all the amazing projects and the opportunities the company gave me access to, including an expatriate experience is the US. Like everywhere, nothing is perfect, but the culture, the values and the technologies are great.

      Cons

      The roots of the company strengths (secure elements, biometrics) and the investment capabilities are sometimes anchors to consider other areas where the company could leverage its differentiators but is maybe too careful, especially with a shareholder looking for revenue more than growth.

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
