      No pros at all. And since the merger of morpho and it things can't get worse. Especially for Noida office.

      Look for a better job which will be fairly easy to find and resign as soon as you can

      Pros

      Work from home and get dispatched to customer sites. Getting time off was never an issue. Peers are supportive and helpful. Great work/life balance.
