      Wonderful working environment with good work life balance. an take lots of own initiative. Less micromanagement but high ownership of employees.

      Cons

      Poor & unfair salary . Higher up in the organization politics exist with no action to stop it.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
