      Pros

      There really weren't any. No corporate support to speak of. The salary was decent at best. Not a long term place for anyone.

      Cons

      High Stress, NO corporate support. Corporate leadership will sell you out in a heartbeat to save a contract despite illegal activity of client. Poor benefits. 401k no match.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
