      Pros

      Free lunches. Good pay. .. Honestly I don’t know what else to say that’s good about the company tbh They don’t listen to their employees at all.

      Cons

      Early starts. The managers use you as much as they can, they do not care about their employees at all and it’s very obvious. So disorganised. A few people never got their pay for a whole month or two. Supposed to give me uniform I’m still waiting months after I’ve already started. When people see the employees they say we look distressed because of how management treat us

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
