Easy to get hired but that’s it. Don’t work here if you kind of like your life because it will make you hate it.
Cons
Toxic work environment, Employees with high seniority dump ALL their workload on others (even taking hour long breaks off the clock), severely understaffed with no plans to hire more people, old broken equipment that causes safety hazards, Employees are overworked leading to burnout, Bad hours unless you have seniority. Pay is not high enough for how hard they work you.
