Compass Group - Bon Appetit - University of Pennsylvania - Manager Compass Group USA Employee Review

Very racist place to work. Everyone in a top position is white but the school is diverse and the staff is mainly black. That is a serious red flag. The union there runs amuck because of poor management from the white higher ups who barely interact with staff. Seems everyone on a lower level management is black or all the black people left because there was no advancement for them. I’ve seen black people not get positions when they have more experience and better resumes than white counterparts. Yikes.
