Impossible Goals - Director Compass Group USA Employee Review

Corporate set goals that weren't attainable at all accounts. We were a small account, and I had to jump through so many hoops to meet these goals, and it was nearly impossible especially after/during a pandemic. Higher management did not care about the account, just the numbers.
