      This company offers Competitive Wages and benefits including 401K contribution with matches. If you are in the food division of this company you will probably receive the best training and guidance available.

      Cons

      Food Driven Company, anyone working outside of the food department will not be recognized or properly trained in their areas.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
