Pros
-Flexible scheduling -Great part-time job I'm a college student and the job is everything I need right now. Pretty good pay during catering events, like banquets.
Cons
-Not much room to grow -Direct leaders not always easy to deal with -Atmosphere can get mundane and tasks can get monotonous -Depending on what event you work, your pay may change because tips are factored in (though rarely received)
