      Work is easy Good for a beginner or student Good hours if you need em People are phenomenal Really, REALLY hard to get fired If you're in a nursing home, you've got "job security"

      Cons

      Poor management No bonuses Mediocre pay Staff can be not even halfway competent sometimes and not get fired No growth
