Management is only about "ticking the box" for their District Manager to know they did something. One and done ...never looked at again. They don't stay consistent on their daily management-it's whatever corporate is promoting that week with no mind for what the actual business needs. As an office administrator, I did more actual work in the kitchen and involved in producing daily menu. It was crazy and unsafe.
