Pros
Lax work environment. Lenient with vacation leaves. Competitive salary increase for contractuals. Generous number of paid leaves for permanent staff.
Cons
Bureaucratic and little to no meritocracy. Opportunities, rewards and recognition are not objectively based on performance. Lot of politics. Very long working hours 9hrs 45mins including 1hr lunch time and if you miss a few minutes it's still a big deal to management. Not much learning opportunities or growth. Old technologies. Standard process is implemented by higher management without much added value both to IT and business. Too much middle management. High turnover for staff.
