Mediocrity, obscurantism, lack of values. If you are not French or do not have French contract you better look elsewhere as there is no way you will have a career. No speak up culture and lack of moral compass where compliance has no strength compared to business. People get promoted without explanation as most of top management support each other in their mediocrity. Abuse of power is the norm and you are expected to worship managers. There is nothing to learn other than survival skills.
