      Pros

      Most of the entry-level junior jobs are occupied by interns. If you did well as an intern and there are positions at the end of the internship, it's pretty possible to get the job.

      Cons

      I did my internship in the first half-year of 2021. Due to Covid, only 20% of the time is at the office which bothers me to know coworkers. Even most of them, I only met 2 times.

      nice place and people to work with, less policies and procedures, less reporting,

      central politics, Paris focused, non-french people have got limited oportunities, silo thinking (vertical and between Front-Support functions), no salery improvements
