Pros
Team coherence is good, sufficient automation, team management is generally competent.
Cons
Oblivious upper management, 2-year development plans that somehow never happen, minimal raises or bonuses, internal growth is hampered. Parent company has a serious case of Not Invented Here syndrome, which means you'll be using a lot of in-house tools that don't really work very well.
