Pros

Large company Medical/dental/ 401k/ect Company car, expense account, get to meet and socialize with lots of people. Flexible schedule but very long working hrs.

Cons

Old fashioned, get promotion based on friendship not performance. Unfair territory structure. If you get a good territory you are more likely to hit sales targets. If they like you and want to tap you for promotion in the future they give you the fertile territory from the jump. So you get high numbers and it seems like you are amazing when the numbers has little to do with your actual effort.
