Leadership Management Politics Requirement to come into office even during COVID high peaks Bonus calculation (whoever is loudest/better known) gets higher bonus; no baseline bonus. Mathematically, a share of employees have to get less than the average bonus. Regardless of performance (annual performance evaluation plays no role in bonus calculation)
