As any life insurance company in india post 2011, there is a lot of pressure on meeting sales targets. This is increasingly becoming difficult since new regulations by IRDA. The industry is going through a transformation phase. Bharti AXA life has experimented with several sales models some very innovative. It has yet to lay its hands on the success mantra to kick start sustainable sales.
