      Quick follow up from HR -local and headquarter- looking for talents

      Cons

      Rule Number ONE at econocom: do what we say, and do it fast, no quality need ! I had some recruiting interviews with a person claimed can do things, when you report this is not possible. With 25 years of computer knowledge, i know what outlook can do and what can not ! If you know more than the manager, local or emea, you are not welcome ! To much promisses, the wakeup comes sooner as you think !!

      Experience so bad it can only get better from here !

      Cons

      No HR strategy/vision, no training/career plans . The internal processes are not structured and lead to constant confusion at all stages of any business process. The only motivation is to satisfy the shareholders by taking as much money as possible from the customers wallet. At a manager level what only matters is not the result but meetings and politics.

      Pros

      Some extra job benefits are ok like Health care. They also offer some courses that you can take . It is also not a small company.

      Cons

      No respect whatsoever. Low wages are pretty general , especially at starters and low level profiles. And no way these wages grow with your profile and experience. Pushing people from one project to an other is also pretty common .
