Some positions don't benefit from the company car - There was a time for missions diversity unfortunately it isn't longer so - Lost much of its old value = No more chance for employees - Pay the minimum authorized on the salary scale - Engage mostly external or freelance = easier to stop their contract - No possibility to rise through the ranks, rarely get a raise - No future project for small workers - Too much budget cuts and a lot of dismissals result
