      the day you get out this company you will have a party

      Never seen anything like this and I've seen a lot. They lie, cheat and backstab to maximize profits If you want a raise, simply give your resignation, suddenly you will get a big bonus but in the end you will give your resignation and simply refuse the raise because you won't care anymore. Stay away at all cost.
