Extremely poor management and approach to staff. No recognition for existing staffs potential. Management activily reminding staff of their unimportance and replaceability. Micro management of office is prevalent while large issues are left aside. HR is non existent at this company, from pension issues, miscalculated holidays, issues with private healthcare. There is no recourse for any of the errors made internally within the company. Staff are routinely told to 'push through' important end of month/year items to secure figures then later reprimanded for those actions. There is very little time for administration and issues they feel are important unless this issues directly effects a manager. This is also common when referring back to the HR issues. Flexible work environment is only applicable to staff who have been long term at the company or if management deem their request more 'important' than others. SLA's are not monitored or followed with any consistency within the management level of business. Office moral is low and the environment is not appropriate for a productive work environment. Attempts to amend this issue is low and only at the request of specific staff members.

Incompetent, toxic management Will do anything to get new contracts and renew old ones. Pull down price services, lie, cheat, make promises impossible to fulfill... Management won't mind their employees until some issue arises, then they will pressure inmensely and try to match SLAs. HR department is a joke
