Pros

The company is a solid place to work that does care about the people who work for them. Workforce development and work-life balance is relatively important.

Cons

Lots of resources but too conservative on its strategic approach. Leadership programs actually lack a lot of leadership and careers path are not very well defined. Once you're in one of these programs, you have very little control over the direction it takes. Very little mentor support or desire from senior leaders to do so. Very disorganized in some management areas, particularly at the corporate level.
