The people - I work with some of the most hard working people I have ever met. And they are down to earth and very helpful. Our culture is very friendly and teamwork focused. We support one another. The flexibility - it would be hard to hold a full-time job as a working mother if I didn't have the flexibility offered by E&Y. They are so understanding and allow us to work differently when needed!
