EY is a wonderful place to start a career and acquire basic skills. Their training is top notch and the field itself provides for wonderful professional networking opportunities. Furthermore, they are very supportive in helping you reach your necessary professional certifications, which are critical for future opportunities in the field.
Cons
For all the talk of work life balance, management seems to really only focus on the hours you bill. You are expected to be available nearly 24/7 and to cancel vacations or holidays at the request of a partner. Also, management has communication problems that they are seemingly incabable of overcoming - I don't know how many times I've become frustrated at being referred to as a "resource" rather then as a "person"
