Pros

Ecova cares about giving back to the community. It is a laid back atmosphere and they are always offering training to better your skills.

Cons

They hardly give you a bonus because it is based on how the company does overall not your individual project. The jobs are often unstable because they have a lot of projects within the company if one project is cut then you're out.

Pros

Promotes young people to strategic positions. Very generous in terms of vacations and benefits. Works on large projects.

Cons

Time-consuming processes. Do not take too much risks. People tend to shortcut support functions such as procurement.

Pros

great benefits: 3 weeks vacation 6% 401K match

Cons

managements have their favorites within their company and will support them regardless of working ethics. It's who you know not how you do. Promotion is rare based their performance and there's no growth. People move around department but rarely move up.
