Pros

The business GDF SUEZ is in is quite interesting and it is fast becoming a world leader, so there is some pride working for this company. There are also lots of opportunities within the group, in many different countries, and it's growing. About the day to day job, hours are nice and benefits are really good.

Cons

It is quite frustrating to work in such a big organisation, because of all the processes slowing down any action. Don't try to much to be a self starter, it is not very valued, and you might be seen as annoying more than helping. Scope of each job is very limited due to the large staff head count, so you can be quickly tired of your job. It is not financially very rewarding.
